Real Weddings are a very special part of Southern Bride Magazine. On the cover of every issue we always feature a Real Wedding and we go through a lengthy yet fun process selecting the winners of the cover. We get hundreds of real weddings submitted to us and it is always so hard to narrow it down to just a few. Along with the cover, we also feature a few real weddings in each issue. While our readers love every part of the magazine, the brides-to-be especially love seeing the real weddings. There is just something about knowing that the weddings they are looking at are in fact “real.” This makes the wedding planning process that much more magical for Brides as they dream and plan their very own big day.Each real wedding we feature includes a short story about the couple. We find out details about how they met, where they are from, details of their wedding that were important to them, and so much more. Each real wedding lists the vendors the Bride and Groom used, which is a great tool for other brides planning their weddings in those areas. It also gives our readers and other brides a chance to see vendors work such as photographers, caterers and wedding planners.
