Brown Baguette Bakery Cafe is located right outside of Memphis, Tennessee in Southaven, Mississippi. Karen Brown started her Bakery/Cafe after 20+ years of pastry experience and is a master at creating such unique, mouthwatering and beautiful pastries and cakes. The cafe itself is a lovely little place to stop in for a yummy pastry and coffee or a nice lunch.

Brown Baguette does everything from cakes and pastries to breakfast, lunch, breads, catering, takeout and delivery. They work only with the highest quality ingredients with no chemicals, which is obvious when it comes to taste. Fine chocolates, butter creams, and heavy whipping creams make all of their tasty treats something to savor and keeps you coming back for more.

When it comes to brides, Karen sits down with each one to discuss flavors and ideas to make that special cake. Her creativity is never ending and she is always up for a new idea or challenge. We had the opportunity to work with Karen in the latest issue of Southern Bride Magazine. We did a Cake and Flowers photo shoot for our Vintage inspired theme and Karen created a beautiful 5 layer, bejeweled cake adorned with edible pearls and other sparkling luster. Not only was her cake a beauty on the outside but the cake itself was a lovely clean, smooth slice of European butter cream and a beautiful raspberry marmalade filling.
