Every 12 minuets 5 women are diagnosed with breast cancer and 1 dies here in the United States. Sadly, it is a diseases that affects women from their early teens and well into adult hood. While this disease is tragic, there are wonderful organizations such as Brides Against Breast Cancer that help make a difference. With the help of fundraisers, BABC educates and brings awareness to so many people while also making a difference in the lives of women fighting this disease, along with their families. BABC collects thousands of new and used wedding gowns each year then tours the country selling them to brides at a great price to raise money. Ladies, don’t know what to do with your gown after your wedding? Donate it to BABC and help make the wishes of someone fighting breast cancer come true!
